Many students don’t feel safe on their college campus. Violence on campus is a major problem at colleges all across America today. These violent acts don’t just include the mass shootings we hear about on the news, they can include beatings, rapes, sexual harassment, and even murders. We often don’t hear about these crimes because universities will cover up and hide these issues to make their campus seem safer and nicer. This is why we need to bring light to the issues of violence on campus so that universities will face these issues and make college a safer place for students.
